Kenfix Technician

About the role

The Kenfix Technician is responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Working within the Accor hospitality environment, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to support guest comfort and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections on all systems.
• Identify safety issues throughout the property and take immediate corrective action.
• Perform touch‑up and minor maintenance work in assigned areas.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures Manual and departmental standards.
• Assist guests with information about property facilities in a helpful manner.

Required profile

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Relevant diplomas or certifications as required for the role.
