NDT Level Technician / Plant Operator

About the role

We are seeking experienced NDT Level Technicians / Plant Operators to join our team in Oman. The role focuses on welding inspection and non‑destructive testing (NDT) within an industrial plant environment, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and monitor NDT inspections for welding and plant equipment.
• Conduct inspections using Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT) and Visual Testing (VT).
• Ensure welding quality and compliance with applicable standards.
• Interpret test results and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Monitor plant operations, support maintenance activities and enforce safety procedures.
• Coordinate closely with QA/QC and operations teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Valid certifications in MT, PT, UT, RT and VT.
• Experience in welding inspection and plant operations (GCC experience is a plus).
• Good knowledge of welding processes and industrial plant systems.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of welding inspection techniques.
• Ability to interpret NDT test results and standards.
• Proficient reporting and documentation skills.
• Basic computer literacy and effective communication.
