Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the property sales division, driving revenue across residential, commercial, retail and development projects. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership and direct client engagement to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute property sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Lead, motivate and monitor a sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Generate new leads and nurture relationships with investors, buyers, landlords, corporate clients and brokers.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and viewings to negotiation, closing and handover.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with real‑estate agents, brokers and strategic partners.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing to launch property campaigns and project promotions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial agreements within company guidelines.
• Track individual and team KPIs, implementing action plans to improve results.
• Identify new acquisition, investment and business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in property or real‑estate sales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the real‑estate market, sales processes and investment fundamentals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and closing abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
