Service Supervisor II – Logging & Production

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Supervisor II to lead Operator Assistants and Service Operators on‑site during surface and down‑hole well logging operations. The role focuses on coordinating rig‑up and rig‑down activities, ensuring safety, quality, and effective communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Operator Assistants and Service Operators during logging equipment operations.
• Manage rig‑up and rig‑down of surface and down‑hole well logging tools.
• Perform pre‑job calculations and gather service work information from customers.
• Communicate progress, resolve invoicing issues, and identify sales opportunities.
• Train staff on vehicle/equipment inspections, paperwork, and equipment assembly, operation, and maintenance.
• Complete field tickets and other financial documents impacting business unit results.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Supervisor – Logging & Production.
• Commercial driver’s license may be required.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of HMS standards for PSL personnel.
• Commitment to safety, environmental awareness, and quality improvement.

Required skills

• Operation of surface well logging equipment.
• Operation of down‑hole well logging equipment (electric, nuclear, sonic tools).
• Pressure control equipment handling.
• Vehicle and equipment pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections.
• Pre‑job calculation and documentation preparation.
