About the role

The Treasury Operations Supervisor ensures the efficient processing, monitoring, and settlement of treasury and investment transactions. The role focuses on investment activities, portfolio monitoring, and strict compliance with bank policies, Sharia guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor treasury and investment transactions across FX, Money Market, Sukuk, equities, and other products.
• Handle end‑to‑end settlement of investment deals (Sukuk, equities, funds, IPOs, structured deals) via SWIFT, custodians, and payment systems.
• Prepare and update reports on investment portfolio, positions, MTM, and operational MIS.
• Perform daily reconciliation of Nostro accounts and investment positions, investigating discrepancies.
• Monitor portfolio movements, MTM revaluation, and pricing updates.
• Coordinate with custodians (e.g., Euroclear) for settlement, corporate actions, and custody activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, CBO regulations, and Sharia guidelines.
• Participate in UAT testing for new treasury and investment system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Treasury Front Office, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury or investment operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
