Technical Delivery & Application Lead – SQL, .NET/Java, Vendor & Stakeholder

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Delivery & Application Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery of banking applications for our clients in Oman. The role combines deep technical expertise in SQL, Oracle.NET and Java with strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development and implementation of multi‑platform banking applications.
• Perform module‑level effort estimations and integrate them into overall project plans.
• Analyse requirement changes for impact on timeline, cost and functionality.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT activities and obtain security and infrastructure approvals.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct code and design reviews, enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Prepare weekly status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop, troubleshoot, maintain, enhance and document application components.
• Identify project risks and work with project managers on mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with SQL and Oracle RDBMS.
• Prior development experience in C#.NET, Java, Web Services and OOP concepts.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Delivery Lead on complex banking projects.
• Experience coordinating vendors, driving SIT/UAT and liaising with InfoSec and Infra teams.
• Excellent project coordination, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
