Assistant Marketing Manager

Sohar Window Trading is looking for a creative and driven Assistant Marketing Manager to help grow its brand and generate new business. If you combine creative ideas with a data‑driven mindset, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, content calendar, and online presence.
• Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn and track performance.
• Coordinate creation of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, product photos and videos.
• Organise exhibitions, showroom events and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign results, budgets and marketing KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Marketing experience in the Omani market is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
