Associate People Operations

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Associate People Operations to support the HR department in day‑to‑day administration and employee experience. You will act as a key liaison between new hires, existing staff, and regional teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain onboarding trackers, coordinate pre‑onboarding requirements, and support new joiners during their first week.
• Update group email lists, Slack channels, and prepare announcements for new hires and public updates.
• Conduct PEAKON analysis, promote cultural best practices, and organize quarterly engagement activities aligned with Talabat’s core values.
• Manage legal certifications, quality approvals, and ensure documentation is ready for Ministry of Labour inspections.
• Update employee benefits, employment status records, and perform file audits.
• Assist with exit interviews, collect feedback, and handle termination paperwork, including residency and insurance cancellations.
• Coordinate payroll data with specialist teams and prepare monthly budget vs. expenditure reports.
• Support vendor information for HoF activities and facilitate regular engagement events.
• Prepare offline offer letters, conduct culture‑fit interviews for store staff, and oversee disciplinary actions and payroll for Q‑Commerce.

Required profile

• Experience in HR administration or people operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle employee queries, grievances, and documentation compliance.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross‑functional and regional teams.
