Business Development Representative – Clothes & Footwear

About the role

The Business Development Representative will focus on expanding the customer base for second‑hand clothing and footwear across Oman, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia. You will build strong relationships with existing partners while actively seeking new business opportunities in the regional market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in Oman, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and warehouse presentations.
• Present available clothing and footwear stock and negotiate commercial deals.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities until closing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance for order fulfillment.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline, forecast, and market feedback reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–8 years of sales or business development experience.
• Previous experience in clothes and footwear is mandatory.
• Wholesale or stock‑lot experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oman, Yemen, and/or Saudi Arabian markets is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales, customer visits, and market development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
