Civil Engineer Graduate Training Program

About the role

STRABAG Oman LLC offers a 15‑month on‑job training program for fresh civil engineering graduates. The programme combines practical project work, departmental rotations and an international assignment to develop technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 13‑month rotation across different STRABAG Oman departments.
• Participate in real construction projects and apply academic knowledge on site.
• Collaborate with multiple functions throughout all project stages.
• Receive continuous mentoring and regular feedback from experienced professionals.
• Undertake a 3‑month international assignment at another STRABAG branch.
• Demonstrate responsibility early by taking on project‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related technical discipline).
• Less than one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong interest in developing technical expertise in construction.
• Eager, motivated and enthusiastic about new challenges.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for assignments.
• High level of self‑responsibility and dedication.
