Client Relations & Sales Executive

About the role

House Utopia is seeking a dynamic, customer‑oriented Sales Executive to join its growing smart home and building‑automation team in Muscat. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our innovative solutions, helping residential and commercial clients adopt modern, energy‑efficient technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with residential and commercial clients (B2C/B2B).
• Present smart home, automation, and energy solutions in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and follow up on sales opportunities and proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for seamless project handover.
• Support company growth through proactive sales and networking activities.
• Promote House Utopia’s KNX and Smart Home educational initiatives by liaising with colleges, universities, and training institutes.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in sales, customer relations, or business development.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to attend meetings, site visits, and client engagements.
• Interest in smart homes, automation, technology, or modern living solutions.
