About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Commercial Operations Manager – Interventional Vascular to lead day‑to‑day commercial and operational activities for Mediva’s interventional vascular portfolio in Muscat, Oman.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with sub‑distributors, business partners and manage product orders, documentation and shipments.
- Monitor stock and inventory levels across Oman and the wider GCC.
- Support hospital and clinic visits, product evaluations, launches and training activities.
- Communicate product information to physicians, healthcare professionals and distributors.
Required profile
- 3–5 years experience in the medical device industry, preferably with thrombectomy, endovascular and interventional vascular products.
- Experience working with vascular surgery or interventional radiology environments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and coordinate with management.
Required skills

- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
