Commercial Operations Manager – Interventional Vascular

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Commercial Operations Manager – Interventional Vascular to lead day‑to‑day commercial and operational activities for Mediva’s interventional vascular portfolio in Muscat, Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with sub‑distributors, business partners and manage product orders, documentation and shipments.
• Monitor stock and inventory levels across Oman and the wider GCC.
• Support hospital and clinic visits, product evaluations, launches and training activities.
• Communicate product information to physicians, healthcare professionals and distributors.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience in the medical device industry, preferably with thrombectomy, endovascular and interventional vascular products.
• Experience working with vascular surgery or interventional radiology environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and coordinate with management.
