Communication & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Communication & Marketing Manager will lead OQ’s internal and external communication, branding and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the VP People, Technology & Culture, the role is responsible for shaping the corporate reputation, employer brand and stakeholder engagement across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a corporate communication and marketing strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and other channels.
• Oversee corporate communications, including leadership messages, employee newsletters, announcements and publications.
• Manage OQ’s digital presence, including website content and social media platforms.
• Design and drive employee engagement communication programs that support culture and change initiatives.
• Coordinate sustainability, social investment and CSR programmes, ensuring alignment with ESG commitments.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, media representatives and industry influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and public perception, providing insights for reputation management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading communication and marketing functions in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of branding, stakeholder engagement and CSR initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
