Control Engineering Lecturer

About the role

The university is seeking experienced professionals to join its engineering faculty as Control Engineering Lecturers. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, developing curricula, and ensuring rigorous quality control within higher education programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and assess undergraduate and postgraduate courses in control engineering.
• Develop and continuously improve curricula, teaching materials, and assessment methods.
• Lead quality‑control initiatives, including program evaluation and accreditation support.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners to align teaching with current engineering practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of a master’s degree in control engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of specialised experience, with a total of 10 years in the discipline, or equivalent senior‑level expertise.
• Minimum of 2 years of higher‑education teaching experience, preferably with involvement in curriculum evaluation.
• Professional membership such as CEng or IEng is highly desirable.
