Customer Services Intern (Fresh Engineering Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a fresh engineering graduate to join Siemens Smart Infrastructure Oman as a Customer Services Intern for a six‑month sales internship. You will work closely with our sales and field‑service teams, helping to keep customer data accurate, streamline processes and support forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and maintain the quality of opportunity and service case data in Salesforce.
• Research internal best practices and propose Standard Operating Procedures to improve hand‑over between Sales and Field Services.
• Provide analytical support for sales forecasting and customer potential analysis.
• Assist in coordinating the transition from order to service, ensuring seamless integration between sales and field teams.
• Promote inter‑departmental collaboration (Siemens One) to align technical and commercial requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks in the field‑service feedback loop and suggest digital solutions for faster response times.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with an engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, Computer or related).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Salesforce for data management.
