Desktop Support Engineer – Laptop Reimaging

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to perform laptop re‑imaging in Muscat. The assignment is a focused, two‑hour task to deploy Windows 25H2 across designated devices and ensure they are ready for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Reimage laptops using a bootable USB pendrive with the Windows 25H2 image.
• Install the operating system and verify successful deployment on each assigned device.
• Conduct post‑installation checks to confirm system functionality.
• Troubleshoot any imaging or installation issues that arise during the activity.
• Provide a completion confirmation once all devices are operational.

Required profile

• Proven experience in laptop imaging and OS deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows‑based devices.
• Ability to work independently and finish the task within the scheduled two‑hour window.
