Dotnet Full Stack Developer – AI-Assisted Development

About the role

We are looking for a senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join a client in Muscat, Oman. The role focuses on rapidly building business‑critical applications using AI‑assisted coding tools while establishing a repeatable delivery pipeline for future citizen developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver production‑ready applications at speed.
• Define and document reference architecture and technology stack for AI‑assisted development.
• Establish documentation, cybersecurity, information security, data and hosting standards.
• Implement code‑review, testing and support models suitable for enterprise deployment.
• Define the end‑to‑end pathway from business idea to enterprise deployment, preventing unmanaged shadow IT.
• Support product ownership and provide documented handover to client’s product owners and IT function.
• Capture reusable guardrails, patterns and guidance for future AI‑assisted initiatives.
• Set up the AI‑assisted delivery pipeline and mentor citizen developers to work independently.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.NET 6+).
• Deep expertise with SQL Server and Oracle, including schema design, T‑SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, query tuning and migration scripting.
• Front‑end experience with Blazor, Razor, React or Angular.
• Proficiency in REST API design, integration patterns and messaging.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps/TFS, Git branching, automated builds, releases and testing.
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) and SAP data interfaces.
• Strong understanding of secure development practices (OWASP, secrets management, data classification).
• Ability to produce architecture documentation and defend it in security reviews.
• Demonstrable fluency with AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or OpenCode.
