Event Marketing Manager

About the role

The Event Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Muscat, responsible for planning and executing event marketing initiatives that showcase White Wall Digital Solutions’ interactive products and services. This role manages end-to-end event activities, including concept development, campaign planning, coordination with internal teams, and collaboration with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop event marketing plans and strategies.
• Oversee trade show and exhibition participation.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
• Track event performance and generate post‑event reports.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and relationship‑building.

Required profile

• Strong skills in Event Marketing and Event Management, with experience designing and delivering impactful event campaigns.
• Proficiency in Event Planning and coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and live activations.
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams to support lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth through events.
• Background in marketing, communications, or a related field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines, with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site with cross‑functional teams and clients, focusing on collaboration and client service.
• Previous experience in digital, experiential, or tech‑driven events is beneficial.
