Executive Assistant – Investment Focus (Private Office)

About the role
This position supports the CEO of a highly confidential private office in Muscat, providing executive assistance while gaining exposure to investment, finance and commercial activities. The role blends traditional administrative duties with strategic business support in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and act as gatekeeper for the CEO.
- Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, briefing notes and review investment materials.
- Draft, format and maintain professional documents, take meeting minutes and track action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams, senior stakeholders and external advisors across multiple entities.
- Assist with procurement, travel logistics and selected personal matters for the CEO.
Required profile
- 5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, principals or UHNW individuals.
- Prior experience in an investment environment (private equity, venture capital, asset management, family office, etc.).
- Strong organisational abilities, commercial awareness and discretion.
- Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, advisors and investment‑related parties.
