Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team in Muscat. The role will drive accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, providing insights that support strategic decisions and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support management decision‑making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor inventory controls to improve profitability.
• Coordinate financial reporting schedules and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools and systems.
• Provide cross‑functional finance support, including accounting, credit control and ad‑hoc analysis.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of IFRS, taxation and financial reporting.
• Omani national (position open to Omani citizens only).
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of IFRS standards.
• Taxation knowledge.
