About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations at our property in Nizwa. This role ensures guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial targets and complying with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets, cost controls and financial plans for the Food & Beverage department.
- Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring service standards are met.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling guest concerns promptly and ensuring banquet functions exceed expectations.
- Conduct performance reviews, coach staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or related field with 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
