Forex Country Manager – Oman

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Oman, you will lead the expansion of DB Investing’s presence in the Omani market. You will be responsible for driving sales, building a network of Introducing Brokers, and acquiring high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry and growth strategies to increase market share in Oman.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutions.
• Identify, onboard and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to broaden distribution channels.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective business development.
• Build, mentor and manage a local sales and business development team.
• Ensure compliance with Omani regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to enhance brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments and regulatory frameworks.
• Established network of clients and IBs in the region.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Based in Oman with fluency in Arabic and English.
