Fresh Graduate Engineer Internship – Railway Projects

About the role

Join Siemens Mobility in Oman as a Fresh Graduate Engineer Intern, supporting the delivery of the Abu Dhabi‑Sohar railway project. You will work alongside senior engineers to gain hands‑on experience in railway signalling and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities across assigned railway project tasks.
• Support site surveys, inspections, measurements, and technical assessments as required.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, installation records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, technical specifications, and installation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and practical engineering skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Understanding of railway signalling and infrastructure systems.
