Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Jumeirah Muscat Bay is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across its resort facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties in assigned guest rooms, corridors, service pantries, stairways, lift landings and public areas following Jumeirah standards.
• Replace linen, replenish amenities, inspect room facilities and provide turndown service, responding promptly to guest requests and complaints.
• Conduct routine and deep cleaning of bathrooms, furniture, closets, fixtures and other designated areas to ensure rooms and public spaces are ready for guest use.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies, report any maintenance issues and ensure stock replenishment according to operational standards.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies, including proper handling of lost and found items and unattended valuables.
• Address guest concerns courteously, escalating unresolved issues to the Team Leader while upholding Jumeirah’s luxury service standards.
