About the role
We are seeking an HR Specialist to oversee all human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with Omani labour laws.
Key responsibilities
- Source CVs, schedule interviews and forecast hiring needs.
- Manage attendance, conduct background checks, and assist with onboarding and training.
- Maintain employee KPI records, draft offer, warning and termination letters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and stay up‑to‑date with changes in Oman labour legislation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, recruitment and employee relations in Oman.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Omani labour laws, especially for Omani nationals.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software, specifically ERP systems and SAP.
