Information Technology Specialist

About the role

Sinan Advanced Industries is looking for a hands‑on Information Technology Specialist to support and continuously improve its technology environment. The role covers user support, endpoint management, server and network administration, cybersecurity controls, backups, documentation and technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, meeting rooms, mobile devices and company applications.
• Manage user onboarding, transfers, access changes and off‑boarding, maintaining accurate asset and software records.
• Support Windows Server infrastructure, Windows endpoints and on‑premises Microsoft Exchange.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, authentication and domain‑join issues.
• Manage file‑server permissions following least‑privilege principles.
• Use PowerShell and Bash for administration, troubleshooting and automation.
• Monitor system and application logs, manage services, storage, updates and network configuration.
• Support switches, access points, firewalls, VPNs, internet connections and cabling.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, log monitoring and incident response.
• Deploy operating systems, applications, updates and security configurations.
• Participate in business‑continuity and disaster‑recovery exercises and coordinate with SAP and other vendors.
• Document technical changes, incidents, root causes and resolutions.

Required profile

• Methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems independently.
• Knows when to seek approval or escalate issues.
• Protects confidential information and privileged access.
• Owns incidents until resolution or formal hand‑over.
• Accurate documentation of work.
• Willingness to perform physical IT tasks involving racks, servers, cables and UPS systems.
