Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide first‑ and second‑level desktop and ATM support to bank users. The role involves handling help‑desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of banking workstations and automated teller machines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for all desktop computers across the bank and for ATM/CCDM equipment.
• Log, track, and follow up on help‑desk calls, managing the inbound queue and escalating when necessary.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and ATM‑related problems using documented procedures and innovative solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the IT Support team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
• Participate in new ATM projects, following checklists to bring devices online.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar desktop or help‑desk support role.
