IT Engineer – Technical Support & Infrastructure

About the role

Global Vibe Technology is seeking an IT Engineer to join its team in Muscat, Oman. The role focuses on delivering technical IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the organization’s IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure and systems.
• Assist with network configuration and equipment upkeep.
• Support the overall technology operations of the company.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in IT engineering or technical support.
• Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and computer networks.
• Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Oman.
