Manager - NDT Level III

About the role

The Manager – NDT Level III leads the development, qualification, and approval of non‑destructive testing (NDT) procedures. You will ensure all techniques comply with relevant codes and standards while supporting field operations and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures in line with ASME, AWS, ASTM and other applicable standards.
• Demonstrate procedures by validating PAUT and TOFD blocks according to customer specifications.
• Review inspection reports and certificates for accuracy and compliance.
• Train and supervise Level I and Level II technicians, ensuring thorough understanding of procedures and techniques.
• Maintain and audit quality manuals and NDT documentation.
• Resolve day‑to‑day site issues in coordination with clients.
• Conduct detailed reviews and approvals of inspection data.
• Develop advanced NDT service procedures and manage technical audits.
• Investigate non‑conformances, implement corrective actions, and provide data interpretation and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing NDT activities at Level III.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM).
• Ability to train and supervise technical staff.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for on‑site issues.
