Marketing Executive – Exhibitions

About the role

The Marketing Executive (Exhibitions) will design and run integrated B2B marketing campaigns to attract visitors, delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and media for international trade exhibitions and conferences. The role works closely with sales, content, operations and design teams to ensure strong event awareness, attendance and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns for exhibitions and conferences.
• Drive audience acquisition strategies targeting exhibitors, visitors, delegates, sponsors and media.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing plans with event objectives and commercial targets.
• Create and manage promotional content across digital (email, social media, websites) and offline channels.
• Work with industry partners, associations and media to enhance reach and visibility.
• Manage campaign timelines, assets and on‑site marketing execution during events.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance using KPIs such as registrations, conversions, engagement and ROI.
• Support database management, segmentation and lead‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in exhibitions, trade shows or large‑scale B2B events.
• Proven experience in exhibition audience acquisition and funnel management.
• Hands‑on experience in campaign execution for exhibitions.
• Familiarity with event marketing tools, CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
