Marketing Executive

About the role

As the Marketing Executive for MGBT you will own the day‑to‑day marketing operations, driving brand consistency across our showroom, website and social channels. You will work closely with an in‑house designer, video editor and the sales team to turn real projects into compelling content.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Plan and coordinate site visits, product shoots and behind‑the‑scenes content production.
• Direct photography and videography efforts with internal teams and external creators.
• Write briefs, captions and publishing schedules; define campaign requirements.
• Publish content, monitor engagement and coordinate community responses.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Track performance, produce monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Safeguard brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Partner with sales and showroom teams to capture project updates and new content opportunities.
• Support quarterly marketing strategies and help organise exhibitions, events and launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in building materials, construction, retail or B2B.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and media buying.
• Strong organisational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
