Operations Supervisor – Port & Terminal Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our heavy‑equipment terminal activities in Muscat. The role focuses on overseeing day‑to‑day terminal operations, driving productivity, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and maintaining the highest health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all terminal operations, including loading, unloading and equipment handling.
• Monitor and improve productivity metrics across the terminal.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures and HSE policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics and safety teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process enhancements.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in port or terminal operations.
• Strong knowledge of terminal procedures and productivity control.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Prior experience in the GCC region and supervisory roles is preferred.
