Oracle Functional Consultant – Procurement Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Lead to design, implement, and optimise Oracle Procurement solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional evaluations, business process analysis and gap analysis.
• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops and document functional specifications.
• Design scalable Oracle Procurement solutions and produce functional design documents.
• Configure Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal, Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle Management modules.
• Lead implementation phases – CRP, SIT, UAT and Go‑Live – and support post‑production stabilisation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on CEMLI customisations, OAF personalisations, integrations and conversions.
• Prepare functional test scenarios, support testing activities and resolve defects.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and facilitate stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Procurement functional lead on multiple implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle standard procurement processes and best practices.
• Ability to lead workshops, analyse requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, technical consultants and offshore teams.
