Outdoor Parts Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Outdoor Parts Sales Executive to expand our aftermarket and spare parts business in Salalah. You will develop new opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for construction and industrial equipment parts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to promote company parts and aftermarket products.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate business from existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, and secure orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Collect market intelligence and report customer feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor spare parts sales.
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, lubricants, batteries, generators, or industrial parts is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Valid driving license.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
