Paralegal

About the role

Our client, an ambitious and growing law firm in Oman offering a broad range of legal services to corporate and individual clients, is seeking a highly organized talented Paralegal.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lawyers in preparing, reviewing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, agreements, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research as directed by lawyers.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files.
• Prepare legal forms, applications, and supporting documentation for submission to government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Track deadlines, court dates, hearings, and filing requirements.
• Coordinate document execution, notarization, certification, and legalization processes.
• Liaise with government entities, courts, regulatory authorities, and external service providers when required.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates relevant to the firm's practice areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Law or Legal Studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm, legal department, or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with Omani legal and regulatory procedures is preferred.
