Part-time AutoCAD Drafter (On-site, Masqat, Oman)

About the role

Universal Consulting Engineering LLC is seeking a part‑time AutoCAD Drafter to work on‑site in Masqat, Oman. You will create detailed technical and architectural drawings that support engineering and construction projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and revise shop drawings and architectural layouts using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to clarify design requirements and ensure compliance with project standards and local regulations.
• Organise drawing files, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver drawing packages on schedule.
• Support multidisciplinary project teams by providing clear, compliant drawing sets.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, or architecture.
• Strong ability to translate design concepts into precise CAD plans.
• Experience preparing and updating shop drawings for construction projects.
• Attention to detail, good organisational skills, and ability to work on‑site in Masqat.
