Production Delivery Supervisor

About the role

The Production Delivery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily oil‑field production operations at Block 60 in Oman. The role ensures safety, efficiency and output targets are achieved while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and adhering to HSE and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and monitor equipment performance to meet output targets.
• Coordinate well hand‑overs, hook‑up activities and walk‑downs, ensuring all punch points are resolved.
• Implement and enforce HSE protocols, conduct safety audits and lead emergency response actions.
• Gather and analyse extended well testing (EWT) data to reduce depletion planning uncertainties and improve production forecasts.
• Monitor fluid chemistry and surface facility design to optimise operability and mitigate integrity risks.
• Supervise a team of 11 field production operators and one senior water‑management operator.

Required profile

• Proven experience in upstream oil‑field production supervision.
• Strong understanding of well testing, fluid chemistry and surface facility design.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple hand‑over processes and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to act decisively in emergency situations.
