Program Consultant – Cyber Security Awareness and Governance

About the role

The Program Consultant will lead and continuously improve the organisation's Cyber Security Awareness Programme. This role combines programme management, stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, reporting and content delivery to foster a security‑conscious culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and enhance the Cyber Security Awareness Programme, including annual roadmaps and campaign calendars.
• Manage end‑to‑end awareness activities such as phishing simulations, campaigns, workshops, webinars and training.
• Define and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards and reporting structures for security awareness.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, HR, Communications and business units to drive initiatives.
• Create, localise and deliver security awareness content for IT and OT audiences.
• Oversee the security awareness and simulation platform, monitor performance, manage vendors and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Produce dashboards, executive reports and analytics on campaign effectiveness, employee engagement and KPI maturity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all cyber security awareness initiatives.
