Project Engineer – Control & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead the Control & Automation scope on our energy and resources projects. The role involves developing work scopes, reviewing engineering deliverables and coordinating with site teams, contractors and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Control & Automation Scope of Work for assigned projects.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, documents and technical deliverables related to control systems.
• Participate in coordination and technical meetings with operations, contractors and vendors to resolve engineering issues.
• Respond promptly to engineering queries from contractors and vendors.
• Submit consolidated review comments and ensure effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather required technical and operational information from site teams.
• Retrieve, review and manage legacy drawings and documents from project archives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Control & Automation Engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience delivering control and automation projects.
• Proven experience with DCS, RTU, PLC safeguarding, Fire & Gas and SCADA systems.
