Project Manager – Omani Nationals

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will also act as a Business Analyst. The role involves leading IT projects within the banking sector, ensuring delivery on schedule, with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage IT projects from ideation through post‑production support.
• Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Write detailed requirement specifications, use cases, user stories and functional/non‑functional requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, verification and documentation (BRD, models, prototypes).
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, draft test plans and cases, and support quality assurance.
• Collaborate with developers and subject‑matter experts to align technical vision with business needs.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
• Banking experience, preferably with payment systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and executive‑level relationship‑building abilities.
• Solid understanding of project‑management methodologies, SDLC and Agile.
• Proficiency in data mapping, gap analysis and system analysis.
