Retail Supervisor

About the role

Vodafone Oman is expanding its retail network and seeks an energetic Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager. The role focuses on delivering market‑leading customer experiences, driving sales performance and maintaining high store standards in a collaborative, start‑up environment aligned with Vodafone’s vision of connecting everyone for a better future.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day management and administrative support to the Retail Manager.
• Assist with staff planning, training and performance monitoring.
• Oversee store administration, inventory management and ensure compliance with store standards.
• Manage KPIs, set targets and drive the sales team to achieve them.
• Motivate staff, resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Undertake sales activities and drive business initiatives.
• Ensure both store and staff standards are consistently maintained.

Required profile

• Retail experience with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and performance‑driven mindset.
• Ability to inspire, solve problems and establish customer needs.
• Punctual, organized and presentable with good Arabic and English language skills.
• Interest in technologies and willingness to learn.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; preferably 3‑4 years as a Sales Supervisor or Representative.
