Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will acquire new clients, drive sales, and increase revenue for Dubizzle Oman. You will build and maintain relationships with businesses and individuals in your assigned territory, communicating the value proposition and providing tailored product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build a solid sales pipeline and achieve 100%+ target.
• Ensure at least 95% of due payments are collected on time.
• Meet new and active clients to grow and maintain the client pool.
• Maintain listings, relationship, and lead health.
• Document all calls, meetings, and follow‑ups in CRM.
• Monitor client utilisation, account health, and retention.
• Report and communicate between internal teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with sales regulations and company policies.
• Challenge and improve sales processes and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record of managing key client accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel for reporting and tracking sales performance.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing sales processes.
