Senior Executive – Corporate Card

About the role

The Senior Executive – Corporate Card will lead the growth of the corporate card program by acquiring new corporate clients, managing strategic relationships, and driving employee adoption across partner organisations. You will act as the primary liaison for corporate customers, collaborating with HR, procurement and executive teams to maximise the value of the platform and contribute to revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients across public, private and educational sectors, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct presentations, demos and negotiations with decision‑makers, achieving monthly and annual acquisition targets.
• Own the relationship for assigned accounts, conducting business reviews, addressing concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, onboarding sessions and promotional campaigns to boost card utilisation.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional ecosystem products such as credit cards, store, insurance, and remittance services.
• Track acquisition performance, utilisation metrics and prepare regular management reports.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of B2B sales, account management or business development experience.
• Strong background in fintech, banking, payments or corporate financial solutions.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance or a related field (preferred).
