Senior Mendix Developer

About the role

RQMNA is modernising Oman's public sector by building intelligent, secure digital platforms. We are looking for a Senior Mendix Developer to work on‑site in Muscat, taking ownership of end‑to‑end Mendix applications that enable citizens to interact with government services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver complete Mendix applications from concept through production.
• Design and implement microflows, Java actions, and integrations using REST and OData.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable platforms.
• Set standards for clean code and ensure the solutions meet performance and security expectations.

Required profile

• Advanced Mendix certification with proven experience delivering enterprise‑grade applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in government or public‑sector projects is highly desirable.
