Senior Oncology Product Specialist

About the role

The Oncology team seeks a Senior Oncology Product Specialist to drive territory sales, deepen scientific engagement with key stakeholders, and translate breakthrough science into market‑leading medicines. You will work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal product positioning and patient access.

Key responsibilities

• Execute territory sales targets and develop cross‑functional territory plans.
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders, oncology decision‑makers, and multidisciplinary team members (nurses, pharmacists, pathologists, clinical pharmacists) to maximize product usage.
• Maintain deep understanding of oncology stakeholders, competitor landscape, buying processes, and patient journeys per account and indication.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive product growth and recruitment.
• Conduct regular territory sales analysis using IMS, Spotlight, and other resources; collaborate with OSAM for short‑ and long‑term planning.
• Navigate hospital processes such as multidisciplinary team approaches, treatment protocols, ethics committees, pharmacy policies, and formulary inclusion.
• Identify innovative ways to improve customer and patient experience in partnership with digital, marketing, and access teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical business.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent planning and time‑management skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with high learning agility.
