Senior T24 Developer – Banking Expertise Required

About the role

We are seeking a Senior T24 Developer with strong banking experience to join a leading financial institution in Oman. The role blends business analysis with deep technical expertise, focusing on the end‑to‑end development, integration, and maintenance of the Temenos T24 core banking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for T24.
• Design, develop, and enhance core banking modules and local customisations.
• Integrate T24 with external systems using OFS, APIs, web services, and MQ messaging.
• Optimise batch processes (EOD/BOD/COB) for performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance, security, and data integrity throughout development cycles.
• Manage change‑control, versioning, and deployment risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Temenos T24 (or Globus) in a banking environment.
• Proven experience integrating T24 with payment systems, CRM, and regulatory reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, especially retail banking, payments (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH), and accounting processes.
• Experience working on projects for Middle‑East banks is preferred.

• TWS, IRIS, TOCF connectivity tools
• Jedi drivers, T24 Browser, CRB/CRF reporting, correction entries
• Strong troubleshooting and crisis handling capabilities
