Site Engineer – Aluminium Windows & Shading Systems

About the role

The Site Engineer will supervise and coordinate all on‑site activities related to the fabrication and installation of aluminium windows, doors, and shading/pergola systems. You will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for fabrication and installation of windows, doors, and shading/pergola structures.
• Coordinate with the fabrication workshop to ensure production matches approved drawings.
• Review, interpret, and verify technical and shop drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
• Lead and guide installation teams, enforce safety rules, and conduct quality inspections.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and monitor material, tool, and equipment availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience installing aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, or shading/pergola systems.
• Valid driving licence and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing and modifying technical drawings.
• Ability to read and translate technical drawings into practical site execution.
