Testing Field Specialist

About the role

The Testing Field Specialist ensures safe, efficient, and reliable well testing services for customers. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, managing risk, and continuously improving operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable well testing operations for customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery and participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Implement CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings and HSE/Quality initiatives, using action plans to improve performance.
• Wear required PPE, observe HSE policies, and maintain safety training.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in well testing operations.
• Technical certification in SLB Well Testing and/or RSA preferred.
• Proven field‑based well testing experience with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Surface Well Testing (SWT) operations and equipment knowledge.
• Understanding of HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Studies).
• Understanding of HARC (Hazard Analysis and Risk Control).
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Experience with well testing simulations and operational planning tools.
