Trade Marketing Junior Analyst

About the role

BRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, is looking for a Trade Marketing Junior Analyst to support its e‑commerce and commercial channels. The role will help drive brand identity, analyse market data and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimise marketing programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing activities that strengthen brand presence in e‑commerce channels.
• Analyse sales and market data (IPOS, IMS, Nielsen) to generate actionable insights.
• Plan, budget and manage external agency projects from conception to delivery.
• Monitor point‑of‑sale materials, logistics and assortment, proposing efficient solutions.
• Evaluate performance of marketing programmes and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct competitive analysis through market visits and insight gathering.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure 100 % execution of brand fundamentals across retail and e‑commerce.
• Provide merchandising tools and support to the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with BRF’s sustainability policy and ESG commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of total work experience, including at least 3 years in category/business management or marketing and 3 years in a management role.
• Strong business acumen, creative thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, team‑building and process‑development capabilities.

Required skills
